Medical / Grocery Transportation: 

• We provide transportation to and from medical appointments and to the grocery store for people living in East Charlotte.  Transportation must be arranged at least 5 business days prior to scheduled appointment.  The zip codes we serve are 28205, 28212, 28215, & 28277.  There is a $5.00 charge per round trip. Please call the center for more information. People outside of our service area may contact Shepherd’s Center Charlotte (704-365-1995) and Shepherd’s Center South (704-541-0100) to determine their service areas.
